Decorative pieces that are born silently from the urgency to create and produce something handmade. From the interest and new directions of the past, present, future, through the knowledge and crafts of basketry, ceramics, the art of cut paper in Portugal, as well as natural resources. From workshops held, on initiation to ceramics, floral art and algae. From the coexistence and crossing of these knowledges and aesthetic familiarity. From research and visits to the Ceramic Museum, the Caldas da Rainha Pottery Factory and Óbidos. From the treasure found at a national fair, a unique handcrafted piece of a technique and art on the verge of extinction, the "Verguinha". From this path, a process of experimentation and trials, these pieces are created, in paper pulp, with floral and geometric shapes and in different shades.

Peças decorativas que nascem silenciosamente da urgência de criar e produzir algo manual. Do interesse e novas direcções do passado presente futuro dos saberes e mestrias artesanais, da cestaria, da cerâmica, da arte do papel recortado em Portugal, bem como dos recursos naturais. De workshops realizados, de iniciação à cerâmica, de arte floral e de algas. Da coexistência e cruzamento destes saberes e da familiaridade estética. Da investigação e visitas ao Museu de Cerâmica, à Fábrica de Faianças das Caldas da Rainha e a Óbidos. Do tesouro encontrado numa feira nacional, uma peça artesanal singular de uma técnica e arte em vias de instinção, a “verguinha”. Desse caminho, processo de experimentação e ensaios realizados, são criadas estas peças, em pasta de papel, de formas florais e geométricas e em diferentes suaves tonalidades.
